Karas Peri Peri
After months of research and playing with various types of spices and chillies, we finally came up with 5 flavours which were delicious and could go with anything. After testing with various kind of foods, we decided to use on grilled food and choose chicken. And hence Karas Peri Peri was born
On establishing the flavours, we started trading in a small food trailer with little hope outside Deans Gardens, West Ealing. The customers were requested to provide their true feedback so that we could improve our taste and quality . However virtually every customer liked the taste and were coming back for other flavours. We expanded our menu and got it in line with the a proper restaurant menu with something for everyone.
With Love and support of our customers, we are growing now. We aim to become the best peri peri brand of the country. And the support from our customers really is helping for us to achieve our goal.
